    Camping policies: • To be eligible for volunteer camping you must be an approved volunteer living over 50 miles from the event. (If you are less than 50 miles you will need supervisor approval) • Tickets are ordered using the form that will be emailed once you are approved and assigned to a team. • A limit of one campsite purchase per volunteer (tickets will be sent via email after purchase). • A camping ticket is required for entry to the campground. • Only one passenger vehicle per site; additional parking permits can be purchased from the camp host for $25 for the weekend, but are limited to space available.

  • WAIVER: By submitting this application I do hereby release discharge and agree to hold Sweet Home Economic Development Group (SHEDG), d.b.a. The Oregon Jamboree, harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from, or caused by, any hazard whether or not covered by insurance resulting from or related to my volunteer activities with the Oregon Jamboree.
